Support that meets you where you are
Not everybody enters through the same door, and nobody needs everything. This page sets out what we do so you can find the level of support that fits where you are right now.
The thinking behind all of it
Recovery is not simply the absence of addiction, destructive behaviour or crisis. Recovery is learning how to live.
Lasting change requires more than symptom reduction or abstinence. It comes from coordinated support that addresses psychological wellbeing, physical health, recovery, identity, family systems, lifestyle, meaning and future planning.
Our work combines recovery management, self-esteem development, accountability, personal growth, family support and life development, so that somebody can move from stabilisation into genuine independence and meaningful living.

Frequently Asked Questions
I do not know which service I need. Where do I start?
Send us a message describing roughly what is happening. We will tell you which of these fits, or point you elsewhere if we are not the right people.
Do I have to do them in order?
No. Revolution and Evolution follow a progression, but most people use one or two services rather than all of them.
Which services are available online?
All three recovery groups, the Golden Key Programme, counsellor training and individual counselling. Face-to-face counselling is available in Cape Town.
Do you work with people who are not in addiction recovery?
Yes, and many existing clients aren’t in addiction recovery. The work covers self-esteem, relationships, burnout, life direction and personal development regardless of whether addiction is part of the picture.
