Treatment may begin recovery. Life is where it gets tested.
Traditional treatment usually focuses on stabilising a crisis or stopping a destructive behaviour. Aftercare is where people find out whether they can translate what they learned into their actual lives.
Our groups are not simply support groups. Revolution and Evolution form a developmental pathway. Freedom runs alongside them for a different need.
All three meet online on Zoom, groups are never larger than ten people, and you can join at any time.

Start with a free conversation
Before joining any group, you have a free initial telephonic consultation with Nikki. It costs nothing and there is no obligation.
The purpose is simple: to make sure the group is right for you, and if it is not, to point you towards something that is. Any follow-up consultation in person or by video is charged at the usual rate.
Revolution · Early Recovery & Reintegration
Revolutionise the quality of your recovery journey.
Revolution is an aftercare programme designed to support your ongoing recovery through specialised insight and dynamic group sessions rooted in essential self-esteem principles. It is where practical tools meet honest connection, empowering you to build stability, strengthen resilience and rediscover genuine joy within.
Leaving treatment is one of the most vulnerable periods in the journey. Inside a treatment environment there is structure, routine, accountability and support. Outside, you are facing relationships, work, family dynamics, triggers, freedom, responsibility and choice, usually all at once.
Revolution meets three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. That rhythm means there is always somewhere to bring what is happening, rather than waiting a week for the next session.
The question is not just “are you staying clean?” It is also “how are you learning to live differently?”
What the group works on: breaking free from harmful behaviours and limiting beliefs; building stability and resilience; accountability and honest connection; nurturing authentic, healthy relationships with others on the same path; and rediscovering genuine joy.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 5 to 6pm SAST, on Zoom.
Evolution · Long-Term Recovery & Personal Development
Ready to evolve?
Evolution is a long-term recovery group for people already on a pathway of sustained recovery who want guidance around the shifts of life.
Once somebody has established stability, the work changes. The question moves from “how do I stay in recovery?” to “who am I becoming?” Long-term recovery cannot revolve forever around what somebody is trying not to do. Eventually life has to become about what they are choosing to create.
What you gain by joining:
- Support to navigate the complexities of healing, recovery, relationships and being human
- Connection with like-minded people on the same mission as you
- Accountability and honest direction when life feels tough
- A sense of belonging, being seen and being heard
- Strengthened self-esteem, greater resilience, and the ability to shape a life that feels authentic and meaningful
Tuesday evenings, 6 to 7:30pm SAST, on Zoom. A space to grow, connect and evolve, together.
Freedom · Eating Disorder Recovery & Body Freedom
Recovery is not just about food. It is about freedom from the war with yourself.
Freedom is an empowering online group for people grappling with the challenges of disordered eating and unhealthy relationships with their bodies. It equips you to create a fulfilling life without the need to escape, while feeling heard and valued in a discreet space.
The focus moves beyond stabilisation and symptom management into identity, embodiment and the relationship you have with yourself. Recovery stops being only about what you are eating or not eating, and becomes about how you live in your body, how you relate to yourself, and how you experience control, worth, safety and identity.
What the group offers: breaking free from the harmful patterns that keep you stuck; connection with others who really understand; and tools to reclaim your self-worth, your power and your peace.
Questions members explore: What am I really trying to control? What does my relationship with food represent for me? Where did I learn that my worth is connected to my body? What would it mean to trust myself? How do I begin to live in my body rather than against it?
The philosophy behind it: the goal of recovery is not to spend the rest of your life in restriction or control. The goal is to become free enough to live in your body without fear.
Freedom is a separate, specialist group. It is not a later stage after Revolution and Evolution, and you do not need to have done either. It stands on its own, for a different set of challenges.
Joining Freedom begins with an initial consultation with Nikki. This is not a hurdle. It is how we make sure the group is the right fit and, if it is not, that you are pointed towards something that is.
Thursdays, 5 to 6pm SAST, on Zoom.
“Just wanted to thank you for everything you’ve done over the last few years. There were moments when I feared the worst, but because of your care, your patience and your unwavering support, she is still here. She is smiling and laughing again, and not just surviving, she’s living again! You have given my daughter back to me, and there are no words strong enough to fully express what it means to me. You helped her through her darkest times.”
— A grateful mother
Groups and individual counselling together
Many people do both, and we recommend it. The group gives you consistency, accountability and people who understand. Individual sessions give you somewhere to take the things that are yours alone. They work considerably better together than either does on its own.
