Nikki Munitz · keynote speaker and corporate wellness

Nikki Munitz is a keynote speaker and wellness facilitator who speaks on self-esteem, recovery, addiction and behavioural change, for organisations, conferences and events. She travels and delivers virtually both national and internationally.

Speaking

Nikki is a compelling keynote speaker known for her presence, candid storytelling, and ability to translate complex ideas about self-esteem, recovery and behavioural change into language that moves people to act.

She does not simply inspire a room. She challenges audiences to recognise the beliefs, patterns and internal narratives shaping their lives, and to choose differently.

“My story is one of being a mother, a wife, a daughter, and a sister. It speaks of loss, grief, trauma, theft, and desperation, but it also resounds of hope, change, and growth. These experiences are not unique to me; they are part of being human. It is for all of us.”

Corporate wellness

Workshops and sessions for organisations who want more than a wellness day that changes nothing.

Nikki’s corporate work is built on the same foundation as everything else: people function better when the relationship they have with themselves is healthier. At work that shows up as resilience, communication, decision-making and the ability to tolerate pressure without either burning out or hiding it.

Work has included substance awareness training and screening within a professional sporting organisation, self-esteem and wellbeing sessions for corporate teams, and speaking at conferences and awards platforms.

How confidentiality works

This is the question every employer asks, and the answer is worth being precise about.

The employer receives results in aggregate, never by name. Where screening or assessment forms part of an engagement, findings are reported anonymously so that an organisation can understand the scale of an issue and act on it, without any individual being identified.

Individuals may approach Nikki privately. Where somebody wants support beyond the session, they can make contact directly.

One honest caveat. Where an employer pays for an individual’s ongoing support, the employer necessarily knows that person has come forward. Where the individual pays privately, that does not arise. We will talk through which arrangement fits your organisation before anything is agreed.
